Short Bio

For event programs and introductions

Chad Gill spent 23+ years in commercial construction — founding and scaling Concreate Inc., a commercial concrete polishing, grinding, and coatings company. After living every pain point firsthand (drowning in admin, chasing submittals, field-to-office gaps), he built VAs for Construction: a company that places AI-trained virtual assistants inside construction businesses and runs 90-day implementation sprints to automate their highest-ROI workflows. Today Chad is known as the "AI Shepherd" for the construction industry — bridging the gap between what AI can do and what contractors actually need. His speaking brand, Blue Collar AI, brings practical, non-corporate AI education to an industry ready for it.
